Recording and workshop-capture notice
Audio and video recording are disabled for the Version 1 launch. Workshop capture is limited to configured text events.

Future recording changes
Audio or video will not be enabled silently. A future release must identify the provider, access rules, retention period, download rights, and participant notice before recording is activated.
