ClassRidge privacy notice
This notice explains the information ClassRidge uses to prepare, deliver, and follow up on an instructor-led workshop.

Information and purpose

| Email and profile | Sign-in codes, workshop access, instructor assignments, and account support. |
| Enrollment and preparation | Workshop invitations, prerequisites, readiness, attendance, and follow-up access. |
| Progress and feedback | Completed, not started, not applicable, or failed status and an optional reason when work is not complete. |
| Questions and discussions | Public workshop conversations and student-private questions visible only to authorized staff and the student. |
| Support tickets | Private help requests and replies visible only to the requester and platform administrators. |
| Workshop capture | Instructor prompts and Codex responses shared during the workshop, subject to credential quarantine controls. |
| Operational records | Security, delivery, moderation, audit, and troubleshooting. |
Who can see workshop information
Students see only workshops in which they are enrolled. Instructors see assigned workshops. Platform administrators manage the service. A student-private discussion is not shown to other students. A support ticket is shown only to its requester and platform administrators.
Service providers
ClassRidge uses managed hosting, PostgreSQL storage, transactional email, network protection, and instructor-selected Codex services. Providers receive only the information required for their part of the service.
Your choices
A signed-in participant may export account information, change notification preferences, or request account deletion from the account page. Workshop and audit records may be de-identified or retained when needed to preserve workshop integrity, security, or legal obligations.
Adults only
Version 1 is intended only for participants who are at least 18 years old. Do not register or accept an invitation if you are under 18.
